The A-Gas Way Celebrating Our People and Our Culture

Welcome to A-Gas Since 1993, A-Gas has grown to become the world leader in the supply and lifecycle management of refrigerants and associated products and services. Through our first-class recovery, reclamation, and repurposing processes, we capture refrigerants and fire protection gases for future re-use or safe destruction, preventing harmful release into the atmosphere.

What has remained key to our success during this time is Our People , their stories and Our Culture, which is made up of shared Values and underpinned by our focus on Safety . We work together as One A-Gas Team to achieve Our Goals . We define this as The A-Gas Way .

Towards Zero, Together The A-Gas Sustainability Pledge is to become a Net-Zero company by the year 2035, with a 50% emissions cut by 2028. Our Towards Zero, Together initiative is embedded across the A-Gas Group; it encompasses our dedication to stay safe, protect our environment and prevent emissions to atmosphere. Targeting Zero is the standard we aim to meet, and every member of the A-Gas team has a part to play.

Zero Harm, Zero Leaks, Zero Emissions

“We take great pride in our work, constantly challenge ourselves, support each other and of course, never compromise on safety.” Paul Sunshine, Group Engineering Director

Building a Sustainable Future People around the world come into contact with our products every day - at the supermarket, in their car, office and homes. For almost 30 years, A-Gas has supported our customers and partners on their environmental journey by supplying lower global warming gases and actively increasing the circularity of the industries we serve, building a more sustainable future. Every single person at A-Gas has a part to play in our success and by working together we can achieve our goals.

Our Purpose, Our Goals and Our Strategy are all about the why , the what and the how we do it at A-Gas, as a business, as a team and as individuals. This is The A-Gas Way.

“I like that the Game Plan on a Page articulates

and identifies what it means to be part of A-Gas and how our people contribute to our continued success story.” Elvira Nigido, Group

“The A-Gas Way is how we operate every day. It’s our shared set of values and experiences, told in the stories of our people around the world.” Ian Podmore, Head of People & Culture

Our Critical Success Factors enable our strategy by building a great culture, developing our talent, growing our business and continually finding new ways to improve productivity and efficiency.

Teamwork

“We are all part of the same teamwith a shared goal”

“I’ve been with A-Gas for 11 years and when I started here we had very few employees. I never would have imagined the projects and the pace at which the business has grown during this time. My first role was in painting where I helped the team to improve process and quality. I’ve now moved into Shipping where I oversee all inbound and outbound deliveries and

continue to learn something new every day.” Eladio Martinez, Shipping and Receiving, USA

“I’m very proud and excited to participate in the fast development of A-Gas and the changes, challenges and opportunities that come with this. We’ve seen new companies/sites join the A-Gas Family which requires the team to closely communicate and cooperate, to keep pace with the A-Gas Way and to achieve the A-Gas Values.” Christy Ma, General Manager, China “I joined in March 2019 as a Purchase & Logistics Assistant and was soon given the opportunity to advance my knowledge and take on more responsibility and additional tasks within my role. This soon led to promotion, and I look forward to all the new challenges that come my way. I am very lucky to work with the awesome teamwe have here at A-Gas.” Leonie Rudolph, Senior Buyer, Germany “A business without values is an empty commercial shell. There is a responsibility from all of us to own our values and never lose sight of their importance. The A-Gas Game Plan on a Page and Towards Zero Together represents the necessity to stay safe, energetic, collaborative and respectful to one another – here lies our strength as an organisation.” Loretta Raftis, Project Facilitator, Australia

“I really respect the kindness and support that A-Gas provided when I needed to take time off due to personal reasons. I love being part of such a diverse and professional teamwho respect one another and can talk openly and honestly.” Lee Tsoleridis, Customer Service and Admin, Australia “I came to A-Gas 3 years ago and in that time, I have been given many opportunities to grow. I started here with an eager mindset to grow and learn everything I could about our company. I work with the greatest team I could ask for. We all work together seamlessly to accomplish our goals. I’ve grown a lot since I’ve started here, and I can’t wait to see what another 3 years will do.” Joey Ripley, Fire Protection Gas Acquisition Manager, USA “Teamwork is critical to our success given the global nature of our business and the complexity of many projects. Some of the most challenging projects would not have been possible (or as much fun) without pulling together our diverse teams, across multiple time zones, and all working to deliver the same goal.” Peter Latham, M&A Director, Group “I joined A-Gas in 2004 and have always worked with great people who have made my experience here more enjoyable. As such, I try to be the best that I can be everyday, as both a work colleague and friend.” Michael Moloney, Purchasing Coordinator, Australia

Purpose Driven

“Our purpose is clear and one we all share”

“I’m all about saving the planet in any small way so was attracted to the role based on the company’s values and environmental focus which align with my own. I love that you can share ideas, have open discussions, and work for an organisation where you can thrive.” Cheana Cavanagh, Customer Services Coordinator, South Africa “I’ve been fortunate to work for and learn from a variety of different leaders which has given me a broad understanding of the business. I appreciate the open and honest values of the culture which align with my personality - one of strong opinions and curiosity.” Mel Martin, Chief Financial Officer, APAC “I joined the A-Gas Rotational Program after graduating and during my 6 years here, I have moved from Sales Intern to Business Associate, to Team Lead to Supervisor. My personal confidence has grown allowing me to build relationships easily with colleagues and customers.” Tiara Ryan, Customer Service Supervisor, USA “A-Gas approached me to study a Chemical Operations qualification. They saw the potential for development, and I was extremely proud of the recognition. Achieving the qualification has personally meant a lot to me and allowed me to grow and fulfill my career goals.” Bronwill Crotz, Production Technician, South Africa

“I have grown from a Technician performing daily recoveries to a Director with a national team reporting to me. A-Gas has allowed me to grow and develop my business acumen and leadership skills along the way and every time I have been ready for a new opportunity.” Ben Stapleton, Director of Operations, Rapid Recovery, USA “When I joined A-Gas, I was reassured by the amazing support offered by both the local and regional teams. I’d like to give a huge shout out to my peers for enabling me in my early days. The A-Gas Values provide me with a strong sense of direction and belonging, which in turn adds a sense of purpose.” Kiranmayi Pinupa, Regional Technology Officer, Australia “I’ve been with the business for 13 years and am continually challenged, appreciated, and recognised. There is huge growth potential and achieving my targets is my motivation. What’s not to enjoy about a company that really cares about you and making a positive difference to our environment.” Michael Labacher, Head of Environmental Services, South Africa “I support the business tomanage our carbon footprint and emissions reduction program, at the same time helping to create value for the promotion andmarketing of A-Gas as a sustainable circular economy leader. My best experiences have involved working with colleagues around the world whether in person or virtually, figuring out challenges and celebrating wins. Even though we share the same A-Gas identity and values, I enjoy embracing the cultural differences of colleagues and feel truly blessed to havemade so many friends. I believe the A-Gas Way brings our vision and Game Plan to life, and howwe go about doing our business in continuously evolving and transforming global markets. I like that it articulates and identifies what it means to be part of A-Gas and how our people contribute to our continued success story.” Elvira Nigido, Sustainability Compliance Manager, Group

I returned after graduating and A-Gas supportedmy progression through a Chartership development plan which led tomy promotion. My customers are internal teams and I pridemyself on delivering above expectations.” Sam Pearce, Engineering & Maintenance Manager, UK and NL
